"Congratulations on the splendid facilitation of the ACT 2020 Summit. While I had some reservations knowing how easily it could have gone off the rails, the day went so well, due to the excellent spirit and participation. Much of that was due to the expertise, good humour and skill of your team, which makes it impossible for participants not to behave and participate."
