We assist in the development of planning processes to ensure the delivery of outcomes through our expertise and experience in Project Management. Our tailored training programs we develop people’s planning skills, improve their confidence and competence in being able to deliver projects, and widen their frames of reference in the planning process.

Over the past 15 years we have facilitated many planning workshops nationally and internationally providing opportunities for customers to plan ‘real’ projects in a facilitated process utilising both tailored and generic planning platforms. Recently we have entered a joint venture arrangement to offer Diplomas and Certificates in Project Management.

Case study

Food Standards Australia New Zealand
Our assignment was to design and develop a project planning framework suitable for an independent statutory agency working within an integrated food regulatory system. The framework was designed so it could be used in all facets of the business whilst assisting to improve planning and strategies for the delivery of agreed outcomes. A series of workshops was facilitated to assist in the skilling of staff in the use of the method.
