University of Adelaide
In 2008/2009 Tempo Strategies worked with the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Adelaide and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to design and implement a major shift in organisational capability that positions Heads of School and Executive Deans to take forward the university’s strategy to become a great research university. This has involved strategic planning retreats for the VC’s executive team, development of a leadership program for Heads of School that focuses on capabilities in change and in envisaging the University of the future as well as dealing with current imperatives. In line with this shift in organisational capability we provided extensive executive coaching to the Heads of School and Executive Deans in the University.

ANZ
ANZ secured the services of Tempo Strategies to assist in the re-design and re-launching of their Successful Culture Change Strategy breakout. Working with the in-house team, we assisted in developing the re-charge program, delivered the program to the CEO and his top executive team and to that team’s direct reports. We also conducted a range of train-the-trainer programs to upskill facilitators in delivering the re-charge program aimed at building a stronger team dynamic, a clearer sense of direction and wiring teams together. The re-charge program was successful in enabling teams to operate in a more focused way.
